plz help for game development on IPTV

Hi all,

I am a mobile game developer. I want to develop a game for IPTV.. For that I need to know the specifications of IPTV and also from where i'll get the Development Kit (SDK) for developing and Emulator for testing the game .. which IDE i can use for development ?
